WATERJET CUTTING USING CNC MACHINE

Waterjet cutting technology is an innovative industrial method of cutting materials.

We have two high-end CNC cutting machines for processing almost any type of material,

which allow us to cut complex shapes in materials such as:

aluminium,
non-ferrous metals
plastics
glass
wood
stone
ceramic and stoneware tiles
kitchen worktops and bathroom countertops

Thanks to the use of a head compensating for the angle of inclination, we are able to achieve very high cutting accuracy.

Our own tool room allows us to carry out machining independently and efficiently.

Enables fast production and reworking of parts and structural components.

MEASUREMENTS USING KREON MEASURING ARM

With this instrument, we can perform precise contact measurements. Thanks to its high degree of mobility, measurements can be carried out on site or directly at the customer's premises in a production environment.

Kreon measuring arm is used to inspect manufactured components and component geometry to maintain the highest precision. Measuring under production conditions is a definite advantage, which allows the speed of work to be increased while maintaining high quality.

MACHINE STOP TIME TESTS

Workplace safety is regulated by law. It is the employer's duty to protect employees from risks that may arise when working with machinery

This is why it is recommended to perform stop time tests.
The stop time measurement service is completed with the issue of a certificate confirming that the safety standards of the parts tested are met.
