MECHANICAL DESIGN, R&D TEAM

This is where the mechanical parts of the machines are designed: 3D models, technical drawings and more. They are designed according to Lean Manufacturing principles and using specialised computer design tools: Solid Works, Auto Cad and other. Thanks to the documentation created, our customers understand how the solutions we implement will work.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING TEAM

Designers and programmers carry out other tasks. When creating electrical diagrams, ePlan and BricsCAD software are used. PLCs, HMI operator panels, servo drives and vision systems are programmed.

PRODUCTION TEAM

Based on the designs created and approved by the customer, the production process for parts, sub-assemblies and all the necessary details begins.
Modern machinery and specialists with many years of experience in machining produce even the most complex parts.

ASSEMBLY TEAM

The assembly team gets to work as the designs take shape. At this stage, the assembly of previously made details, sub-assemblies, larger components and commercial parts takes place.
