We know that a well-prepared plan makes it possible to estimate the execution time at the subsequent stages. That is why already during discussions with the customer, and later at the design stage, we try to anticipate risks and eliminate obstacles.
If we see an opportunity to propose a solution that ultimately proves to be more cost-effective, efficient, agile or reliable, we will simply tell you about it. Many completed projects have shown that this is the only way to properly assess the possibilities and prevent many problems in the future.
This does not mean at all that problems will not arise. The strength of our team lies in the fact that when they do arise, we respond quickly.
